The media is working hard to make Obama’s naive policy on terrorism look good.
The Left is desperate to discredit the efficacy of this program, and they have launched a desperate campaign to destroy it. Last week it was the leak of an ICRC document describing some of the techiques allegedly used in the program – one of the most damaging leaks of classified information since the war on terror began because it allows al Qaeda to train against the techniques. And now we have this highly uninformed front-page story in the Washington Post. All of this is incredibly damaging to the security of the United States. And if America is attacked again, those responsible for the disclosure of this information will bear much of the blame. – National Review

Hopey changey on the war front…
Remember that MoveOn.org was so stridently anti-war that they opposed the war in Afghanistan weeks after 9/11…but now they’re just fine with Obama putting in 21,000 more troops? On the right, people who supported a War on Terror still back it. But it’s a little weird to see MoveOn folks suddenly burning their peace logos. – NewsBusters
